By accessing or using Vibeld (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. We may update them as the product evolves; continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

The Service

Vibeld provides AI-assisted website generation, editing, and publishing tools for marketing sites. Features, quotas, models, and plan limits may change as we improve capacity and quality.

Accounts

You may try generation without an account. To claim, save, and publish projects you must authenticate. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure. Provide accurate contact information for billing and notices.

Your content & AI output

You retain ownership of prompts, copy, and assets you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service. AI-assisted outputs are provided for you to review and edit; you are responsible for what you publish and for ensuring your sites comply with applicable law and third-party rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use Vibeld to generate illegal, deceptive, or abusive content; to infringe others’ rights; to scrape or overload the Service; or to reverse engineer beyond what the law allows. We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove content that violates these Terms or harms other users.

Plans and payments

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing page. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Crypto payments activate plans after on-chain confirmation. We may suspend access for unpaid balances or Terms violations.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected — always review before publishing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using Vibeld at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the Service, or as required by law. Provisions that should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive termination.
