FAQ
Answers, without the runaround
Accounts, craft, domains, billing, and bookings — the questions people ask before they ship.
Do I need to sign up or pay to try Vibeld?
No. Generate your first site from the homepage with no account and no payment. Sign in when you want to claim the project and publish it live.
How is Vibeld different from other AI builders?
Vibeld generates real multi-page sites with navigation — not a single scrolling landing page. Curated design packs lock fonts and palettes, and chat edits patch the document surgically instead of regenerating from scratch.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Starter and Pro plans support custom domains with automatic DNS verification. Free plans publish on a vibeld subdomain.
How does payment work?
Self-serve plans are billed in USD via crypto checkout (OxaPay — BTC, USDT, and more). Your plan activates once payment confirms on-chain. Need a credit card or invoice instead? Contact us and we will handle it manually. See Pricing for current limits.
What are the daily limits?
Free includes a small daily allowance of generations and chat edits. Starter and Pro raise those ceilings; Pro unlocks frontier models. Exact numbers live on the Pricing page and may change as we scale capacity.
Can I add bookings or a shop?
Yes. Booking sections let visitors request time slots, and shop sections support crypto checkout — both built in, no plugins.
What are design packs?
Design packs are curated visual systems (fonts, palette, radius, layout variants) that keep generations coherent. You can start from Templates or let generation pick a pack that fits your brief.
Can I export or take my site elsewhere?
Your prompts and published site content belong to you. Export options may expand over time — contact us if you need a specific handoff for a project.
What about refunds or canceling?
Paid plan fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. You can stop renewing when your billing period ends. Reach out via Contact if a charge looks wrong.
How do you handle security and privacy?
We use industry-standard auth and infrastructure, enforce plan limits, and process data only as needed to run the product. See the Privacy Policy for collection, sharing, and your choices.
